Bush or Tree planting is the process of transplanting tree seedlings, generally for forestry, land reclamation, or landscaping purposes. It differs from the transplantation of larger trees in arboriculture and from the lower-cost but slower and less reliable distribution of tree seeds.
Bush or Tree removal is encouraged by a “proactive” stance so that even lightly damaged trees are likely to be removed to better the look and functionality of an outdoor area. As a tree ages and nears the end of its safe useful life expectancy, its perceived amenity value is decreased greatly. A risk assessment is normally carried out by an arborist and the homeowner to determine the best course of action.
